Except as expressly authorized in writing, users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, commercialize, or use any part of the platform, reports, prompts, workflows, or methodology to develop or improve a competing product or service.

Clear Creek Advisory provides commercial, operational, document-risk, and preliminary due diligence screening. Services and scanner outputs do not constitute legal advice, a title opinion, engineering certification, reserve certification, survey, environmental opinion, financial advice, investment advice, or a substitute for review by qualified licensed professionals.

Users may not attempt to derive source code, prompts, scoring rules, report templates, workflow logic, or underlying methods from the website, scanner outputs, exports, or related materials. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, mirroring, model-training use, benchmark replication, or any activity intended to reproduce, approximate, or improve a competing screening product or service is prohibited without prior written consent from Clear Creek Advisory & Field Services LLC.

Uploaded documents are submitted for confidential review and screening. Clear Creek Advisory does not sell client documents. Clients should not upload documents they are not authorized to disclose.

Users may access this website and submit materials solely for legitimate commercial due diligence, review, and screening purposes in connection with a Clear Creek Advisory engagement or inquiry. Permitted use does not include republishing proprietary report formats, redistributing scanner workflows, sublicensing outputs, or using Clear Creek Advisory materials to market or deliver competing screening services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clear Creek Advisory & Field Services LLC is not liable for decisions made in reliance on website content, screening outputs, preliminary findings, or review materials.
