Clear Creek Advisory is led by J.W. Dye, a mining professional with nearly three decades of underground and surface coal operations, production supervision, mine health, ventilation, field inspection, technical training, incident fact finding, coal quality, and operational-risk experience.
That experience shapes Clear Creek’s approach. Physical conditions, equipment, infrastructure, operating records and production dependencies need to be understood together. The work starts with available evidence, examines how the pieces connect and identifies what still needs verification before an insurance, investment, legal or operating decision depends on it.
Clear Creek may assist legal teams with technical chronology development, review of mine conditions and operating records, explanation of mining methods and work practices, field observation where authorized and safe, and identification of questions requiring additional specialist review.
