Founder

JW Dye founded Clear Creek Advisory to bring mine-origin operational expertise to coal cargo disputes, transaction diligence, and commercial risk review — areas where laboratory comparison alone often fails to explain how losses develop.

He provides independent technical review on a confidential basis, works comfortably under counsel direction, and supports remote document analysis as well as site and terminal inspection where the matter requires it.
